Any how it works for some characters, you know Goku's Attacks right, in the Version beta's Goku will used Kaioken, in the new version they will be dragonballs all over the map to summon shenron for life, points, or those earings I and I don't know there names, its something like Goku and Vegeta are going to transform to veggetto.
In ZEQ2-lite the new version Goku and Vegeta, Goten and Trunks will be having fusion, it will be available if the new version has arrived but only Goku, Vegeta, Goten and Trunks can used them.
The newest attack is called throwing... Throwing will be available in the new version and its mêlée only.
Other new characters will appear in the new version as well if the other version was completely done.

I think that refers to a "new version" due out after the "public beta 2", but how to make a new version if they have not finished with the other, I think it's just a suggestion of what should be done to a new version after the "public beta 2"
