Does it really matter what it's called? I don't recall either Freeza or Cooler shouting out the name of their "über going to destroy the whole planet" attacks. They just made them and threw them while laughing about how awesome they were and how the "filthy monkey" at the other end was doomed...

Yes it does. We are trying to get the moves 100% right. You don't want to name it something wrong now do you? What if you had a move called Richard slap attack. But really it was a strap on & it was the wrong name for the move. Think about it. I know I'm messed up. *intense laughter*
Its like calling the Haduken a Kamehameha. Its just wrong.

he can name the attack as he wants, he edited the attack so it's their problem,is not official, it's just an attack made by a fan more of "ZEQ2" and when you say "we" you mean only you , Because I think we all others just wanna the attack not the name

Alright, I'll grant you that much. But, how do you even know that's the right name to begin with?
I'm actually curious where the names of many of these attacks come from for that matter, as many go unnamed in the anime, or at least the versions I've seen, so unless there's some kind of "Dragon Ball Z Special Attacks" type reference chart out there somewhere that I'm not aware of, where do the names actually come from? The official games or the manga maybe?

I've seen most of them from games. Most DragonBall Z forums like on BANDAI, ATARI, or Gokuscorner forums do this too. So I'm not the only one who does this. I'm pretty sure AT named some of them. Anyway, all I know is. They are the names.
Also here is a question. Why do you call Vegeta's move "Big Bang Attack"? He never said it ever. Yet you all call it that. Now how can you question me when he's never even named it.

I think he's referring to the English series. Unless one of the re-dubs added it, his statement is still perfectly true.
The names of the actual attacks are trivial compared to the functionality and visualizations. You might notice that in the ZEQ2-lite public beta, we don't display the attack names on screen. This is with similar reasoning.
