It's not implemented. By the way, you don't want to load a complete new model; rather just a texture. This is a lot less heavy in terms of memory usage.
I think it can actually be coded in easily... for instance when someone attacks you and does more than half your bar of damage your texture is changed to the damaged one until you die. Don't ask me how to do it though.
