Which people don't have when they upload anime on youtube. None of them will ever have permission. & streaming a anime is illegal too. Both are so no matter what its illegal. Now stay on topic.

the watcher and the watch-online sites is not to blame
it is illegal but, you can't go to jail or anything else for it..

On youtube & websites? Well yeah, duh! But who cares. There says nothing you can't watch them on there. Its just illegal to upload them. So just look it up if you wanna watch them.
