I would like to record ZEQII matches in video, but the HyperCam doesn't work. Someone knows a program I can use?

The only programs I know of are Fraps and Gamecam, both work fairly well. Watch out for the drain on FPS though

I recommend recording your match using the demo functions in Quake 3 first, then after a match is recorded you can play it back and record without worrying about any frame-rate drop. Additionally, there are commands in-console to allow avi recording.
You might ask the video creators that have posted on youtube that frequent these forums for more specific commands.

Search google for a list of Quake 3 console commands.
Record a demo, then when you play it, type \video in the console, then it will start recording video and sound to an avi file. No need for Fraps or other external program, it's built into the game.
