I used the original ZEQ2 Goku's colors, and recolored him with Photoshop course with 2colored mode, so he looks way better now, and more like the original ZEQ2 Goku! 
I recolored the skin to, its awesome..

Looks good. But Why do you think it looks better then the other, just looks more pink to me.

because every part contain 2 color, and not one..

And even the skin more realistic, more like cell shaded colors and more like the old original nice old Goku..

Okay..look at your skin..somewhere more reddish, somewhere more like white..like in a cell shaded model, and now the colors seperated to not just by the lights and shadows.
If you watch a Earth Special Forces model, there's no need cell shade for 2 or more color on the character, red white skin without cell shade..I do the same, and I think looks better, but if you don't like that nevermind.

The principle of celshading is flat colors, so I'm not really sure what you are trying to say. Also Earth Special Forces has no celshading.
Show the texture edit you did.

Ah now I get it. You mean you added light gradients. That's a style SV used to use and many of the old ZEQ2 models were textured by him.
