Good, and next time don't forget to screen cap the chat so the devs can see where the root of the problem is.

Everyone has the potential to change and correct the err of their ways -- even individuals like Najeeb. I've spoken to him about the recent set of ordeals/issues and explained that perhaps a less confrontational and retaliatory approach was in order.
Despite his youthful personality at times, Najeeb still can accomplish feats and HAS shown a large level of growth since he joined this community. He now has knowledge of basic modeling/texturing principles and the capability to use several tools/approaches in the Quake 3 development pipeline. It would be a real waste to see such a effort slip away because of childish insults and misunderstandings.
Bottom line is this : Fight/Argue/Bicker/Insult less. Create more.
Seriously, guys! Some of you think so little of individuals like Najeeb, yet he's producing actual content for the community in some way while most are not! What about the rest of you? brolly3110, RoganX, domodestruction, Zielan, and everyone else on these boards. If Najeeb can produce results, then you can as well! Become active. Let the community blossom.
It'll take time for everyone to gain experience and capability to match the ZEQ2-lite standards, but with enough dedication and devotion, I have little doubt than ANY of you can reach (or surpass) that point. So hold your tongues. Pull back on the needless insults and comments that are derogative. The idea here is to motivate people to take upon a hobby that promotes learning a useful skill, not to scare them away right they show their first creation.
Nurture growth and the creation process. Help one another out. Do everything you can to boost the community to an active developmental state and you'll certainly be playing your part and paving the way to future generations.
Lets just leave the silly feuding for those without ambition.

That's one way to put it, but most of the community doesn't bothers with Najeeb's talents or feats which makes him to do certain things involving the project. Actually, almost everyone around the forum doesn't sees Najeeb at all, completely hidden from the radar.
What keeps him bumping back into the radar screen is his activity and reaction towards the forum and IRC members. His attitude towards them makes him to be acknowledged once again. Professionalism or not, but try to ask most of the community and see if Najeeb is to be found as a person who can work towards a professional level and perform tasks project related that most of them cannot do it at any level at all OR if he is an individual that "annoys" people, simply burst into psychologically known as "someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger" state.
I know that certain people see that he has potential and ambition to reach certain goals development wise, but let's just get rid of that professionalism blindfold for a second and face the truth here. His personality has much to be desired. You could improve both your personality and development skills at the same time. And not just do it half-way, going development wise to it's maximum potential, while leaving your personality's growth back to the start of a puberty stage.
And no need to create forums just to blame X and Wy moderators or developers for Z and n reasons. If someone from the development team is causing any trouble, don't hesitate to PM the other members either via IRC or forum's PM system, so that all of us can get the message, and try to resolve it ourselves, so that we can give a proper response to the cause and a proper punishment (if needed) to the defective development member.

Well Najeeb is like a car that works but once you get in it there is a radio that plays discomforting music and you can't stop it making you to not even bother to go on a ride,if he gets rid of that "radio" then he's good to go.

*laughing out loud*? I think you mean the trial version
Cause downloading a full version ain't legal.
For others who are afraid of downloading content like this should look into Blender it's a free modeling package with lots of tutorials on the internet.

Few people can afford it though, and want to do that for honesty's sake, along with the idea to support the company which developed this product. With that money, he will support Autodesk for generations to come. No money will stop 3DS Max's development permanently. Seeing that Najeeb can support legally the full version with proper monetary transaction will let Autodesk to develop more high-end modeling products in the future too.
