Of course it does. it's been up 24/7 since I first posted on these forums and downloaded the game for about a month now.
EDIT: Infact there are four people in the server right now.

Not, really, there's one balanced addon and it's Vegeta, the rest of addons are overpowered monsters with one shot kill attacks...
