every time I try to open Zeq2lite it says ''hunk data failed to allocate 512 megs. copy console log to clipboard'' I don't understand and I tried unistalling and then reinstalling it

The problem is that you have really low amount of available total psychical memory, and much more less for the game itself.
ZEQ2-Lite requires at least 512MB of free available RAM amount. Or 256, with a special CVAR (com_hunkmegs 256).
But in either case, you need more RAM amount than you currently have.
