I try make a gif for the avatar but it hasn't between 130 and 200 pixels, how can change it?

You could downsize it with some a picture editing software. However, the site supports pictures with a higher length than width better. Putting both of them together in one picture might be a solution. This is difficult, since in general they do not synchronize well. I'd suggest finding a better picture.
