I've found an English patch on Dragon Ball Online English site it is not fake !

It only translates huds and things like that. It's so incomplete as long as I know...

I thought for sure this thread was going to be old and just revived but yes, most Dragonball Online players know and it barely translate 5% of the game. You can play just fine without it.
