I will edit this post when I get the missing steps:
1st Modelling and texturing
2nd Rigging
3rd Skinning (what's this ?)
4th Animating(in which order should the animations be ?)
5th Exporting to md3 (????)
I wanna work on one of these Vintage ZEQ2 models that Zeth released...
Could someone help me ?

Could you explain me what's skinning, how to animate and export to md3 format ??? that's why the thread is made for...

ohh sorry I didn't see that this was a question. okay Skinning is a process after rigging, and that is correcting deformations that occur with the rigging process. to correct those you have to enter Modifiers tab and apply physique to your mesh. after that you should attach all the "nodes" of your Biped to your Model. after that just try to move his arm or leg. if there are some deformations with your model you correct them by going in the physique tab, then choosing envelope section. there you should increase/decrease "radial scale" until all the deformations are gone
about exporting to .md3 format you will need a special plugin but I don't know where you can get it. so google it or something

about animating, I'm not sure whether you are supposed to do animations in some sequence. but if you don't know a thing about animating just download Goku's animations for any other character and change them accordingly to your own ideas.
on the other hand if you do want to make your own animations start with the most basic ones like walking and running etc.. and if they need to be in perfect order you can just move them later

How to use .bip animations on a rigged model ??

oh select any bone, then go to motion tab.. there you will find an icon called Load Animations just load them up
