I rewatched today the Saiyan saga and freezas I have seen a big difference to ZEQ2 : when someone is charging his power level the sky become dark and the earth shakes and break and the character screams with yellow lighting surrounding his body and when someone does an attack all the screen become on the attack color or become black and white when the attack explode near the others players (far ones don't see it) the screen become dark too always when you transform NOT the first time only ... enough said hope you understand

Understood. Planned for ZEQ2 (yes, we are aware of ANY details you may be able to think of). MAY make an appearance in ZEQ2-lite. Dave and I actually poked around with mimicking the effect with an overlay quad rendered before the player but after the scene alongside some lighting trickery using thick black/purple fog and falloffs.

He means that while the feature was planned for ZEQ2, implementing it may be beyond the scope of ZEQ2Lite.
If a simple effect can be figured out to do this then chances are it will make it in game eventually, however due to the complex nature of simulating such an effect in a believable manner it may be done.
