milkshape, and misfit are not allowing me to edit meshing, and 3ds max doesn't support md3 files is there another non problemic program? also I searched for tutorials but doesn't seem to be any reguarding ZEQ related modding, Grand Theft Auto worked with whole models not parts of models hence upper, lower, head

well... everyone can put a picture about them...
when I was fifteen years old:
the point is... you need put one avatar slightly smaller...
anyway you can use misfit model 3D, you need put the body part in your desktop (upper, lower or head), when you open one of this body parts will open a messenge "This looks like a player model. Do you want to load all sections?" and you will put "no", in misfit model 3D you can see all the animation of the body part, is easy use that program and you can create one new animation if you edit a couple of frames... milkshape 3D delete all the animations so... and 3ds max... well... I don't know I never use 3ds max...
