Whenever I get hit by a kiblast I instantly die am using Piccolo with full health why am I dying instantly and its only like 1 kiblast

I think I was in the same server as you when you were experiencing this, sorry I didn't explain much in-game 
I'm guessing your power level was around 1000-2000? And your opponents were likely at 32k power level. With a gap like that, small attacks like kiblasts can start a rather interesting conversation with you in one shot. You need to increase your power level, which can be done by either:
- Overpowering (hold F+D and charge over your limit)
- Attacking people
- Taking mêlée damage
Taking mêlée damage from someone with a high power level is a very good way to gain power level. If done properly, you can get from 1k to 32k in minutes  . You need to try and 'lure' the other player into meleeing you, or just initiate mêlée attacks on them. That sort of thing
