if you want to add Super Saiyan , you have to:
-create "tier2" in Nappa folder then copy tier1 components in tier2
-enter head_default.skin of Nappa and copy the Vegeta Super Saiyan head_default.skin text (depending of the character you want to edit) and paste in Nappa one
-modify Vegeta words with Nappa (for example the word in front of head, must be the sprite of the head name:nappaHeadSS)
-create a copy of nappahead.png nappalegs.png and nappabody.png and add Super Saiyan (capitals) in the end of each copy
-modify head and body sprites to have Super Saiyan
-enter the game and enjoy
