An edit of an edit of a model in a game that was once a mod for a mod. Insane! (Nice work by the way)
You might consider making your texture lines much darker and disabling mipmap usage in your shaders (use the nomipmaps keyword). Additionally, the eyebrows should be brown as well to match your reference.

yep...and just quick watched ep 11 from Dragon Ball Z and at the end you can see Vegeta and Nappa breathing in space *laughing out loud* and none can argue...cos the planet on which they were was destroyed by them  (and don't start with oxygen in the pods cos the pods were open) so still a big *laughing out loud* at freezer if he would have destroyed Namek and Goku would have not escaped  ) (if I remember no other Saiyans(Goku,Gohan etc.) were ever seen in space without anything to see if they would survive...so it would be a posibility )

Anime gooey insides has those things, like color errors and plot holes.
Anyway, the skin is really nice. I remember in Tenkaichi 3 playing with that skin.
But the real fact is, that colours are horrible. I really thank Toriyama for owning Toei that time.
But that doesn't mean this skin is bad.
