I Have 0% Experience with creating models and all that, but my friend has Blender with a whole bunch of ebooks on how to use it.
Just wanted to ask, Can Blender be used to create models for ZeqII ? Or is it just Milkshape.

You can use Blender, MS3D, 3DS Max etc etc..
Blender and Milkshape have built in md3 exporters, so that's easier
