It's easy for me. 
No it's about always pushing yourself further, learning new techniques. Like for me the challenge right now is to be able to texture exactly like the backgrounds are drawn in Dragon Ball Z. But I don't feel I'm quite up to it yet. But I will learn new tricks and get better at it each texture I make.
The only thing you really need to do is, do it. You can't become better without doing anything.
