Decompress with 7-Zip.
Just simply copy that, to Crysis 2 folder, and run it! You can change the Graphics SETTINGS with this!

Bulletstorm is a pretty fantastic game, based on Unreal Engine 3, its really brutal, funny and everything you need. But if you don't have enough strong PC(or its just an Unreal Engine 3 Bug/Optimization), you can't use the maximum settings, even if you put everything to the max on options.

I made those tuned INI files, its unlock the limit(ON ULTRA SETTINGS!), but of course you loose FPS with this. On HIGH and MEDIUM SETTINGS, you can feel the speed, on Dual Core.

You can change the SETTINGS with this manually, if you are a PRO!
Install dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64, than restart PC, than use inicrypt, than open Bulletstorms INI file (BulletStorm\StormGame\Config\DefaultCompat.ini) with this: BulletstormINIeditor.
