I think we can add a 'Instant Transmission" technice to Goku, so he can Teleport to the other part of the map, without use 50x zanzoken, of course this Instant Transmission need more energy than zanzoken.

I think it's a good idea, but you should only be able to use the attack when you are Super Saiyan (considering the fact he learned it from the Yardrats after he became Super Saiyan).

AGREED. Because SSSJ3 Goku's energy is dropping anyway ... plus he's so strong it problem wouldn't waste any energy anyway
edit: or it can only be used to look for players..like when you start a game and thers like 2 players in the server, you could use instant transmission to look around since Goku never used it in a fight

Goku did use instant transmission in a fight, in the tournament when he was dead while fighting paikuhan to dodge his attack.

Goku did use instant transmission in a fight, in the tournament when he was dead while fighting paikuhan to dodge his attack.
That was a gooey insides. The only real fight he used it in was against Cell while blocking a Kamehemeha and while shooting his own.

You can do that already, just modify the tier files to have the following settings, or something similar...
