I have a problem, with my Xerox Monitor, the screen is flashing/twitch if I put the refresh rate to 75, but in default(60) not..I don't know what is the problem..

Use 60Hz then. Not like you notice it to much.

Human eye can see up to 30Hz I believe so there will be no visual difference
