Did anyone else notice the change in Super Buu's eyes (Evil Brown Buu that absorbed lipid Buu)? When he appeared for the first time in the show, his eyes were white. After he entered the Hyperbolic Time chamber, and fought Gotenks for a while, Gotenks used one of his punching moves (That spinning punch). Right after that punch, Buu's eyes turned red/orange.
Any thoughts about that?

I assume that Toei animation took a guess to what Super Buu's eyes looked colored, considering Toriyama didn't have a colored picture of Evil or Super Buu. The second to last manga volume shows Super Buu with red eyes, bu the episode with Super Buu's early appearance may have aired before then. The same thing happened with Vegeta's colors at the beginning of Dragon Ball Z. It's the same thing.

one mistake that happened all the time was the way Goku's hair goes... he has three big slabs of hair going to one side... though Akira never really chose a certain side to put it on.... it could be on one side in one scene...and in the other the hair would be on the other side

I doubt it was a coloring problem otherwise the color issue would have been rectified. The white eyes stood for lipid majin Buu influence still over super Buu because he did not attack hercule but when his eyes turned red the transformation was complete

http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Buu
It mentions here that the color change was made when the cover of the second to last manga coer was made, and they put that punch to the chin(gooey insides) in so Super Buu can be consistent with the manga version.

There's threads about that on some Dragon Ball Z addicts forums, maybe his eyes turn red when he is mad?
I think its one of toei animation's errors, like Vegeta when he first appeared in Dragon Ball Z : he had red hair

Yeah he had not yet digested lipid Buu. Which made lipid Buu have some influence in super Buu's personality. Like this is how the scene went he absorbed lipid Buu then he went directly after Gotenks because it was in lipid Buu's memory. Then once he saw Gotenks and after started fighting him his eyes turned Red
