I wonder how you get there anyway... the other day I was in laststan and I shot a galick gun at a hill and the hill just inhaled me in and I couldn't get out... any idea what happened because I know the skybox isn't in the middle of the map

This map was compiled by Darklink over a year ago before he went completely missing. He likely did not set up collision brushes and is relying on a faulty/hole-filled triangle mesh that was generated by q3map2.
As we do not have access to his original mesh or map file, fixing the problem through recompilation would require some means of recovery work to reconstruct the map and thus probably would not be a priority.
