Hi everyone
I would like to edit some model and I encounter one problem. When edit the shape of model the model don't move at all ingame.
Here is an example :
I want to do 100% freeza using shenku's freeza. So I scale the model with milkshape 3D and export it into the game and then this appear :

Not understanding the exact issue. Seems like it's tag-related if your complaint is the position/rotation of elements. Milkshape doesn't export MD3 animation data as far as I'm aware, so you'll either have to use the original .max file to export or go with Anty's approach of using Misfit3D and playing on the flattened vertex data directly.

No, I don't think there's any tag issue there, just the loss of animation data.
You should be able to just pull up the original model in Misfit3D and use the scale tool on the appropriate parts of the model.
Or if you want, Samcross, I can send you a link to the original 3ds Max file I was working with. I'm not really planning on doing much more with it honestly.(And for the record, it was D2's model, not mine, I just animated and exported it...)
