Blocking while flying should definitely be disabled. Plus it looks bad.

Not when flying forward. I can't imagine any of the Dragon Ball Z characters doing that. It's a ridiculous pose!

Also blocking while moving forward makes you vulnerable.
So that whole animation should be disabled.

No you don't become vulnerable, it allows them to avoid all damage while moving.

Not really, if You block and fly forward You can get Hit directly.

Once again, I'll have to post a video to show you what I mean. Just wait till I get some free time.
Besides they can move diagonally and it won't hurt them at all.
Moving diagonally = Still moving forward
