Here's an artist on deviantart that can perfectly copy anime style. Her works really look like anime screenshots.
Now she took it one step further and created a little bit of animation, featuring none other than the fusion between Goku and Luffy...
FUSION!
Pretty impressive stuff, so I decided to share.
She really pulled of the mix of styles quite well too.
