when I join a server
I start with a very low power level and my player starts with a damaged body already
its so low that I can get killed easily
someone help me

on some servers you start with low powerlevel,and few with 32k
you have to work you're way to become more power level

Dude you need to get boosted in order to get powerful and evolve.
For this purpose, you have to low down your power level and ask someone to damage you. Then heal up to increase your power.
Shortcut: When you start game, you have 1k power level(power level). Low down to 1 and ask some powerful player to hit you with full energy kamehameha. You will get 24k power level.

you don't have to ask him just go and discomfort him with mêlée than he will get pis$ed and killl you with either mêlée or kamahameha wave 
power level increases either way

You have wrong revision!!!
If your player starts with red bar (already damaged) that means you don't have same revision as server so degrade yours to 1536 to play (latest is not 1536 so you don't HAVE IT)

you can.. there is a file menu.ogg in ZEQ2/music
Convert the audio you want in menu in .ogg format. rename it to menu and replace with that file.
And dude don't make much threads. you can ask in single thread.
