I get what he's saying... its pretty simple and really I couldn't think of one good reason why you people would turn this thread into an argument. All he means is that in the beta the Super Saiyan 3 tier should be removed so Goku's limit is Super Saiyan 2. That way people who do obtain maximum power Goku ingame won't be able to run around taking out all the other players and pissing everybody off because they don't allow anyone to transform.
It's not rocket science...

yes but even if Vegeta transforms to Super Saiyan 2 it's not Super Saiyan 3
and there is a big difference in Super Saiyan 2 and 3
Vegeta cell saga gets possessed by Goku Buu saga

That's what I'm trying to say. There is a big difference, and when the new powerlevel system is introduced, you will not be able to get to Super Saiyan 3 without some hard work, and you will need a lot of time to reach it. Granted, in this release, you can get Super Saiyan 3 very fast, you still can't maintain it for long.
About Goku Super Saiyan 3 against Vegeta Super Saiyan 2... If they fought in the Anime, who do you think would win and how long would it take them to win?

obviously Super Saiyan 3 Goku will win and that's the reason he should not be in beta 2
its like a character from the future in a present game

Yes... though you will most likley not get your wish and have Super Saiyan 3 removed... its clear what you are trying to say and I agree with both sides of this argument [mainly because I don't use Goku all that much and I know how to take down a Super Saiyan 3]

You can kill a Super Saiyan 3 with big bang, or galick gun as well, You don't need to fire Final Flash at him ;P

Brolly is already accessible in the media folder, but isn't animated. Why don't you try and animate him?  It's really fun animating characters, trust me
