Oooo neat. Nice work. Did you do the character sprites and background work yourself from scratch or are these edits of an existing set?

oh I forgot to give credits. I took most of the sprites from dbzvrtex they have the best ones and I edited them a bit in....paint *laughing out loud* paint is a really good tool for editing them as each sprite has really few pixels and you can shade it easily

Search for Dragonball Budokai X on google, or just use MUGEN with Legendary Super Warriors characters. and voila you have your desired game.
