This is nuts.... I could get that quality too...but...the game would run at like 5 fps =P
Also...that Kaio-Ken actually looked like the anime's Kaio-Ken color scheme...how'd that happen? It's usually more red than that...

dude ,  tell us the config , I will try this out on the maximum settings , I do thing if we max the nvidia/ATI control pannel settings we may even get more better results
