I kind of hope they bring the spec-ops mode back and let it have 4 on one local screen so me and my freinds can sneak around

there is a huge difference: better enviroment/world also there are new weapons

A mp5 is not a new weapon at all
And there are new characters because if there weren't the game would be much worse (it's kind of bad already though).
And the world isn't that amazing... OH MANHATTAN! How original!

by the way: Halo on the E3 right now.
EDIT: It was a little trailer. Showing Halo anniversary. It's something like Halo HD. Coming out on November 15.
