That would be kind of cool in combination with animated faces to show pain and anger.

Yeah...Because in this release we have a icon to representate our character but if we had the animated heads that will be cool.

I think noone like Doom 1-2 cut-off head, and a 3D head model need more memory, and if you use 2D image you can use your own avatars..
