I just downloaded the svn build and the new beta. Then I started testing out my maps. Lastand and Namek are fine, but Landing and Desert's textures are flickering on/off, and when they're off the whole map is white. Note that I haven't edited maps since I downloaded, except for the tc mod scale in the shaders hoping it would fix the problem. Any suggestions?[/img]

It looks like one or more of your texture stages in the shader are not showing up. Are you sure you have no additional addons conflicting? Try restoring the shader folder from the SVN version by deleting it and doing a right click > update on your root folder.
If you'd like to actually diagnose the issue, check your console for yellow/red warning/error messages (press ~) and report them here. Unless you have a much older card, your video card should support multi-texturing. Try to update your drivers if all else fails to ensure full OpenGL support.
