I want to play ZEQ2 lite smoothly what should I do I have lowered the settings to the lowest setting my pcs ram is 1.50 gb and it is a Pentium 4 2.66GHz

go to options>general>and then turn off all bloom thinggy options,believe me you're pc is good enough for ZEQ2
edit:you can keep everything at full if you want,

Have you tried updating your video card drivers to the latest official off the nvidia website? A lack of proper OpenGL support by your current driver set can easily cause slowdowns a plenty.

Although since you only have a Geforce FX 5600, don't expect miracles beyond 60fps at higher resolutions or with higher settings. Try running both windowed and fullscreen mode at a lower resolution on medium textures if you really want to cut corners.

it can't be the ram problem.. my ram fluctuated and burned a month ago and now I'm only stuck with 512,but still,ZEQ2 works like a charm to me.
