You need to use revision 1536 currently to play on the server. This build only has frieza's first form so far.

You can't see those forms because you are probably trying to connect with your latest svn revision to the stable revision 1536 servers which doesn't support any off the freeza's transformations yet.
That's why I recommend you use only 1536 until announced otherwise.
