Creating an animated hud should be wholly possible right now by modifying the shader for the hud to use the animmap keyword.

and where do I find the files with the hud fatigue, life bars?? and how do I make the hud vertical instead of horiaontal? are these settings in the hud shader files too??

you could make an animated gif file. But I don't know the location of the HUD shader file.
We could just change the HUD file to gif format. Please Zeth help us. Give us the location if you can.
