If me and a friend wanna play another map, do I just create a game and then give him my IP or something like that?
Or do I need to do something else, or do we need Hamachi or maybe garena ?

Just host, make sure the port[s] are open, and toss him your ip to connect to. That, or use one of the dedicated servers in the sticky topic.
