download turtoise svn make a new folder and right click SVN check out there you will copy this link http://ZEQ2.com/SVN/Build that's all

for your information, you might not want to download the latest revision just yet, it's not exactly the best version to play the game with.
Stick with the stable revision, and wait until another stable version is announced.
