I watched now the episodes 162-164 of Dragon Ball Z and I constated :
-Final flash should have two animations of Vegeta (watch episode 162 you will understand) when he do the first animation Vegeta open his two hands to charge but energy don't appear yet and in the second animation he close his two hands and energy begin to appear (like I have done in my edit but he don't do the second animation)
-Vegeta have an attack with many energy blasts he do against cell but he do not get damaged 
I called it big bang barrage 
-Trunks have THREE transformations :
the first simple little lacking lackin Super Saiyan
the second super Trunks one when he become more muscular and stronger but not enough to beat cell
the third when he get stronger than cell but slower and his muscles get much bigger and the hair become spiky
-I don't know PLEASE watch those and observe yourself
