Animation exporting bug

Hello, I have a problem I change the bottom of Goku and I exported and replaced, I start the game and there is a bug

Assuming that you're trying to edit a previously exported .md3 file, then that's the problem right there. Blender doesn't let you edit the model with its animations if you're importing the md3 file, since the md3 format does not save bone data, only the absolute vertice positions. Importing the model into Blender discards all the animation data, I believe, since it only looks at the model data from frame 0.

If you want to make edits to the model and still keep the animations, it would be better to use Misfit Model 3D, since it retains all the vertice animations, otherwise you would need to re-rig the model with new bones and re-animate it all over again.
