How much RAM do you have? A lesser amount might cause processes to go more slowly, in addition to the programs already running in the background.

I don't know ...but I think ..I have the too bad PC
is very little mac portable pc...
maximum 15GB of local disc space..
so very little ...many of my work are on pendrive...
and other unused PC old..
I can play easily on ZEQ2 ..the only slow map is new Namek..also desert sometimes..
but if your ZEQ2 is every slow ...because pherhaps
you have bloom quality (high)
if I use bloom quality high my ZEQ2 is toooooooooooo bad and sllllllllloooowly
so my advice and try in this way, is change config bloom quality OFF ..
is true you lose many glowing effects but pherhaps you can play so fast..

Again, the bloom quality also depends on how much RAM you have. Even with a good video card, it does no good if the computer can't handle it with the necessary amount of RAM. Make sure you have enough RAM before using the higher quality settings.

What about the other settings, such as the particle quality, the resolution, anti-aliasing... Try putting all settings to minimum and raise them till they are at an acceptable level of performance and quality.

I have had this problem, so the best advice I can give you is move your mouse to the bottom right and hopefully you will click accept button. It really is just a hit and miss, so try to guess where it is. The first thing I do is change the resolution and set full screen on, then hit that button which I cannot see, and finally, I am able to see the whole screen. I hope one of the mods can help you more than I if it doesn't end up working for you.

Dude its because of your intel graphics card man. Even a new one only gives you 20-30 fps ingame. What you can try doing is updating your graphics card. That should speed up performance exponentially.
