Multiple possibilities.
surfaceparm nonsolid in your shader when compiling the BSP is one.

Unless I'm mistaken, imported models (.md3/.ase) into radiant by default won't have any collision data associated until you adjust parameters effecting it.

There should be alternative solutions with entity keywords and q3map clipping options as well. Any way it goes, you'll need to recompile the map with q3map2 in the very least.
