Think before you speak. This isn't the first time you've spewed absolute nonsense as self-proclaimed fact, najeeb.
That aura is a single 2D sprite aura that always orients itself to the camera. It doesn't adjust in any sense based on view or animation and it's barely even animated. It's basically a cardboard cut-out that floats along with you. You shouldn't try and justify your understanding (or lack thereof) by a simple screenshot and you most CERTAINLY should never try and refute something I say about a project I've breathed for almost a decade.
Furthermore, your lack of comprehension shines once more in the fact that nothing posted here even remotely relates to the Zios rendition of ZEQ2. This thread is for old screenshots, after all, thus the Zios form would suggest non-applicability due to future-tense.

maybe in one picture looks better but what about the gameplay?, I mean for one reason them change the system and all of that right?, like them say before the game have to many bugs and the maps and stuff like that looks old, for the type of games of this days that is just lacking in identifiable function... I don't want to play a buggy game so... I prefer the "new" one... but is just an opinion of course...

Must you always blindly say things as if you are the harbinger of all that is truthful and just in the universe? You have no respect of ZEQ2's history, decisions that have been made, and the technical prowess that our former developers possessed.
Your "opinions" (as you try and call them) are nothing more than passing heresay crudely constructed from an act first, think later mentality. They offer no subjectivity, no foresight, and no regard to anything that has clearly had a great deal of empirical progression.
If you do not care enough to research the claims you spew forth, do not speak.
However, I do have a tip to offer. Ask questions. It's really as simple as that. Don't say ANYTHING about ANYTHING in your life unless you fully understand MULTIPLE points of view and have gathered enough substantiated evidence supporting a claim you are making.
One cannot justify thought by the guise of an opinion and expect a forward progression in this world.

I was going to say something too, but I'm glad you did already Brad.
Anyway I don't really understand what it is exactly that you guys think looks "cooler"?
Sure the colors on the old Goku are kind of nice. And the folds on his pants seem to be accentuated more with thicker/blacker lines.
And yeah the old Bid For Power style for maps didn't lend to more realistic looking maps like the inside of the time chamber and kami's palace. Some Bid For Power maps have looked like that from the beginning. It had way more graphical power than for instance Earth Special Forces.
But realistic shaded maps is not what Zeq2lite is about, we want it to come straight out of the anime. This is also the reason why I dislike those fricken texture replacements.

It looks like the older one was more of a collaboration between the DEV Team and the fans. Looks like it made a lot more progress and seed a lot more productive from what I can tell. I think now the DEV team doesn't really accept anything from contributors into the offial game unless it is of outstanding quality.
