All major browsers seem fine here. I use Chrome personally most of the time. Anyone else having issues? How long does it take before you get the message? It's a generic timeout? On wireless?

Would IE9 in Compatibility Mode work the same way as IE8? Also, it says that it cannot display the page. Now, I am trying to upload the F2 Addon Pack, but it never works. I haven't tried uploading a single character archive.

Just to ensure it's not something on your network itself, try grabbing Google Chrome and see if you get the same issues.

On Chrome, it works just fine, you have the progress percentage of the upload on the lower left corner, all that is left to do is to show some patience 
If you get "No post mode specified", try the ZIP format, it's an option when you add folders to the archive, just tick ZIP instead of RAR, it worked for me

Here are the rest of the addons for NELLO!!'s (ADK) pack so far.
By the way Zeth, the only problems I had before were due to the large file size of the Addon Packs. I am not sure that the upload limit is 2GB... Perhaps the limit was 200MB? I just want some clarification on this, since it was the addon packs that caused me problems the whole time.
