yeah next time remember to mute the video before putting a song over it. It gets weird and kind of bad once you get ingame musuic mixed up with your own track that you put over the vid.
Other than that looks nice.

A lot better with the sound than in the first one. Might still want to lower the volume of the game effects to put them more in the BG of the song or lower the song volume to make it seem more in the BG to the other sound effects.
As it stands now both seem about equally dominant and thus kind of cancel each other out at times.

One piece of advice, you should use /cg_draw2D 0 That way it will be more eye pleasing, since it won't show HUD and crosshair (Anything 2D). And what Grega said about the music. If you want the music to be dominant, lower the game volume and vice versa.
