It's non existent yet. But if you need it, you could try creating it.  You could even then merge that with the World Map.

Tools? Don't say 3Ds max.....I'm dead hearing 3ds max,3ds max.......  Other tools.......
(and if the tools need plugins or something(ex sripts)please say to.....

Blender or some modeling program. GTK Radiant.
No one is going to just show up with the map for you to download, although it is in one of the large addon packs.

yeah sparking meteor has one kind of..isn't that good though
I'm the one who did that gravity room and it's pretty bad. I'm not a good mapper
