I think in all countries plundering booty is illegal
if you get copies of stuff in a store at less price or other stuff doesn't mean its legal

No, I am telling you what's it like in my country. A half of video stores have almost nothing but movies downloaded from Web. And you can download Games, movies, music and stuff like that and don't have to worry about getting Sued or something *intense laughter*
