okay that's his Avatar now see my avatar I changed it I made my self an avatar I captured a picture in game and made it so it's mine and don't take my avatar it's originali mine

Trust me Richma, he's had that avatar first, and you got the same base avatar with different overall dimensions. The only other difference is the added username and LSSJ4's avatar bordering around Trunks. In your case, I'd say there's no problem, but in SSJ8Gogeta's case, it is a problem. So, really, there is no need to defend yourself, they aren't charging you for using it, just pointing out that LSSJ4 had it before you.

he said that is not cool that I have his old avatar so I changed it now noone can have my either because I made it by my self it's not on internet uploaded this is the one and only it's my avatar

First of all, LSSJ4 was just joking, he doesn't really care if you use that avatar.
Second, I understand that you made that one, but most, if not all of us, would think it is an edit of a picture found on the internet, just like LSSJ4 did.
Third, I agree that no one should use your "edited" avatar, because it means that he is using something that would identify him as you, which is definitely confusing and shows his lack of work to find or make his own.
So, the reason we are arguing is because you insist on defending yourself with something we don't really care about in the first place, and I suppose some of us are making sport of your position, while others are trying to make a point. Please whether we are wrong or you are wrong, let's just drop it; it is unimportant. I don't want to argue, so if you continue with your point, I will just ignore further discussion of this instance.

Oh, and if you want some tips from the experienced developers, go to the IRC, or chat, as it is called. You may have to wait a while for a reply, so you should idle there for a bit.
