I got bored, so I made a Super Saiyan Goku head model.
I couldn't figure out how to animate the hair though 
Edit: To transform, you need to get 25,000 ki, then press F + W.

I think he's refering to the back of the hair -- the large spike. It bends forward at an odd angle.
Not too bad! I do believe this is the first actual model modification so far for the project. Keep it up and try to toss your own character altogether!
We can provide the .bip files for those of you who would like to use the existing animations on your own works.

What do you mean? my move keys that I use are W AS D
I have SVN (I have no idea what it does) but when I downloaded your Goku it has a ! on the zeq2contents folder?
My charge Button is F and I press F+D to charge my KI

try deleting all the .svn files in your ZEQ2 folder and then adding the model.
just search for ".svn" (without quotes) in the ZEQ2 folder and delete all the files that it finds.

You shouldn't need to modify the SVN files any. The exclamation point simply means that one of your files doesn't match the official version on the SVN (just to let you know which files have changed)

It was the only thing that I could think might have been a problem, since I've had trouble with svns before.
It doesn't harm anything getting rid of the 2,000+ .svn files either though.

The damage happens when it's time to update. Since you don't have any .svn files to track which version your files are, you won't be able to use the SVN Update command.
Postscript : The problem is because you have the folder named tier3 and not tier2. You cannot skip a tier folder. Renaming the folder to tier2 will fix the issue.

Oh, I didn't think that naming it tier3 would make a difference. I'll go update the rar file real quick so no one else has that problem

The problem is that when you press F+W, it looks for the next tier. Since you are at tier 1, it will look for tier 2. It won't start looking for tier 3 until you are at tier 2 already (or if you're at tier 4 and trying to transform down).

I didn't really think about it because in game if I already have 25k ki, it skips over KK which is at 10k, and goes straight to Super Saiyan.

I CAN'T GET IT TO WORK. SVN IS TELLING ME THE FILES ARE AN "X" SO THIS MAKES ME THINK I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE NON-UPDATABLE VERSION TO USE MODS FOR LOCAL PLAY.

Don't worry about the red X on the folder, go inside the folder and see which file has the red X on it. If it's the zeq2config.cfg file, that that is NORMAL. Ignore the red X on it. If you modify anything like the textures and scripts, that will give you a red X too but that should still be normal. Except for scripts, if you edit those and you try to join one of the official servers, it won't let you. But the game should still work. If you want to change the red X's to green Ticks, then right click on the file/folder and go to svn -> then Revert.

How can you download the Updatable game I only could download the non updatable but which part of the webiste lets you download the updatable one?
